Installing xp pro over xp home have encountered the above
error when installation is registering components
Full message reads:
the procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be locatedin

Under My Computer in Windows Explorer there is a folder entry with the name
of  <user>'s Documents (where user is login id) which links to My Documents
folder.
How do I remove this entry from the 'My Computer' area?

I would like to lock XP after 30 days of use unless they
enter a code I provide them or something. I don't think
this is possible with windows natively but who knows.

Can the My documents folder be relocated to the d: drive on a partitioned
hard drive. My C: drive is full due to all of the data stored in "My

I have tried to research the use of cmdlines.txt during an
unattended network install / upgrade.  I am placing the

I have just reloaded XP Pro from scratch (including format
c:) due to NIS crashing my system.

I can't boot up on my CDROM drive, which my Xp professional disk is inserted
