Could someone please explain the procedure to pre-install SP2. My OEM XP Home CD is pre SP1 and formats my new 160gig hard drive as 131gigs. Board is P4 and Bios identifies the HD corectly. Type slow, Im not that advance !!! :)

I have left over folders from a failed xp2 install that I cannot remove. Every time I try I get cannot remove as folders are in use. They have a zero value and are annoying. Any ideas on how to remove them would be appreciated.
