My setupx.dll file has disappeared or has been corrupted. I do not have the software to re-install the program. Is there another way of retreiving this file again?

Ive been having problems upgrading my WinXP system to WinXP w/ SP1a. I used a slipstreamed cd which I borrowed from my friend. I get an error message at around 95% of the installation. error message has a big red x at the left side, with the message saying:
