I have a Gateway computer with a flat panel monitor
(FPD1500 Gateway as well). I installed the SP2 and when
it completed the install and rebooted, the monitor stayed
in sleep mode (yellow light on monitor) and wouldnt go to

I have tried to install SP2 for Win XP Home Edition and keep getting the same

i am tryin to up grade Windows ME to Windows XP. i get a message about i file

I just installed sp2 and when I rebooted the computer it went into a
continuous loop after the windows banner comes up.  I get "No SCSI Boot
Device Found" and "SCSI Boot Device Not Found" messages right after startup.

We have one single Windows XP SP2 image created on an ACPI uniprocessor HAL
that we use for XP deployments.
Our supplier is no going to ship us new PCs with HT enabled CPUs.
We have done a small test on a HT machine (HT disabled in BIOS). It booted
