I was wondering how these big companies like dell and gateway put the
images on all the drives that go into thier pc's.?  Do they have big
image machies that do each drive as it comes in or what?

On XP SP1 have never used Outlook until now.  GUI opens but every
selection leads to error message "x not implemented" where x=whatever I
selected.  What happened and how do I get it back???
