Running a Dell 4400, SP2 upgrade failed and I was forced to reload XP from
the Dell Disk.
When it was finished, it appeared all the files were wiped out.  I then
loaded SP2 which went fine.

What does it mean to be a ".NET application ?  I'm sort of aware that
.NET is web-based services, authentication, and, I'm sure, lots of
