I can't execute the Q815021 update. I get a QFE Installer Error Message. It says the WEUpdate cannot retrieve information needed from database. Dell says I have to reinstall my operating system.

I have just installed the Windows XP SP2 update and now my computer is rebooting itself without any reason when the XP picture shows up at start up. Any ideas? I am running an Athlon 64-3500 with Asus A7V m/board, 1Gb RAM, ATI 9600 AIW

Can anyone tell me a proper place where I can download the driver for a Motorola SM56 Soft Modem? The driver I currently have does not work with Windows XP SP2. It says that the driver could not be initialized or something. Shafiee.

I have enabled solicated Remote assistance in the policy's and have linked this to an OU, I know it works cuz the other polices are being pushed down from this GPO? I have enabeld this from the Computer, Admind Template, Remote assistance.

I've recently had an 'ADMtek AN983 10/100 PCI Adapter' added onto my computer. Windows Plug and Play instals the driver but says that it isnt working properly, i've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver a few times, restarted etc and no change.

When ever sysprep is run it returns the NIC back to "auto negotiate". Is there a way to prevent this from happening? or a script that could be run so set the NIC back to "100 full duplex". Thanks
