Tried to wipe XP from drive, and do a clean install using 6 floppy set up
discs. All seemed well until I tried to use the XP cd after to load windows.

When i start up my pc i get a message stating that it is cheking diskC: for
errors. Without pressing anything it then comes up disk checking cancelled.

(US).  If my retail copy of WinXP Pro is activated in my area, through my
ISP, is the activation still valid even when the system is connected to
