It seems that the only version of SP2 that I can find is titled Windows XP
Professional SP2 but I'm running XP Home.  Does that make a diff?

Got a new pc last week and I am having problems accessing my MS Office
files.  The scenario is:
I backed up the document files on my old pc and began restoring them to the

Corporate Deployment Tools User's Guide) to delete these two files before
imaging to optimize the image. Considering these are very large files I
would certianly agree. I could likely make may image fit on 1 ...

I can't start up Windows XP in safe mode. The XP help says to click
start>shut down but shuch an option is not available! I have also tried to
start up with the F8 key activated - that also does not help! Any ideas? Help
would be greatly appreciated.
