I reformatted my computer this morning and reinstalled WinXP. Now when I turn the computer on, I get asked to pick which OS I want to boot into, the only choices being "WinXP" and "WinXP" again. How do I turn this off so it will just boot into XP on it's own?

I need a way to turn the quick launch toolbar on by default. I am deploying Windows XP SP2 to more than 1000 users, and I want the default look of Windows XP to include the Quick Launch. I can't seem to find a registry key or GPO which can do this.
