When I disconnect my wireless USB mouse (which runs out of power to quickly)
and then restart my computer with a normal mouse (green plug) connected the

We have created one WinXPSP2 image for similar boxes (Dell laptops). These
laptops use the same network driver. There are two scenarios:

Discovered that our XP workstations did NOT flip to DST. Our 2003 Server GPO
does allow Authenticated Users to change time and DST is anabled on the
servers.
It's screwing up time on Outlook calendering and e-mail time-stamps.

i'm trying to make a sysprep image to deploy xp across our k12 school
network.  however, the volume license key that we're entering is not
being accepted (or something).

Deployed an image of a IBM ThinkCentre PC to another identical PC and a h/w
wizard runs ever boot and finds 'Volume' but can't install it. (was

How can I reduce the amount of time that the Windows XP boot window is

My XP  file system is FAT32.  To convert  everything tells me to type either
help convert or just convert on command line.  I get the response that
neither command is recognised.  Where do I go from here?

Yes I am niave but is there a way of upgrading with out the loss of data
installed while using windows 2003. I back the Apps/data/system status, and
when upgrading (recomended) I changed installation directory to window Vs.
windows. Can I use the w2k3 reg or something?
