Is it possible to use the File transfer wizard over a Network instead of
using a null modem cable?
  What I have is a windows 2000 machine ( at a different location) on a

I'm thinking of buying a second-hand laptop and notice that some are
for sale with a COA but no media.  This doesn't seem suspicious as
legit companies such as Dell will sell you a laptop without media.

My brother had to format his hard drive a week ago and then we reinstalled
Windows XP Pro. But when we reinstalled it, it did not copy the following
files:
driver.cab

I'm trying to create a flat file install, I have done this successfully many
times in the past however this time I wish to have a workstation join a
workgroup instead of a domain when I set JoinWorkgroup the SkipOEMWelcome
setting does not work.

I have 12 PC’s in one classroom that I need to image with XP Pro. The issue
is that out of the 12 machines, there is a mixture of 3 different types of
HD, all the other hardware is identical.  So obviously I’m getting activation
required for the machines that have a different HD ...
