HELP!!!!  Someone built my computer and installed Windows
XP Pro Edition.  I am trying to get the SP2 and it tells
me that it is not registered.  I was under the impression
that it was.  Can anyone tell me how I can register this

I have just downloaded service pack 2 on my laptop. It did not come up with

I've noticed that some installed programs are listed in c:\program files but
not listed in any of the user profiles C:\Documents and Settings\All
