Is it possible to force XP to use only Internet Explorer and disable start
menu entirely for a user?  I am looking to set up a free internet station and
don't want users mucking up the Windows setup.

I am trying to reinstall windows XP Pro. I have changed my bios to boot off
my cdrom.
When i get the prompt to press a key to boot off the CD Drive, I do so.
The blue screen appears as the installation begins and the message 'Setup is

problem connecting to it from the LAN. But how can I connect to a specific
computer on a LAN from the outside...from the WAN?

I've just set up a Windows 2003 server as a ris-server to install a
lot of clients with XP PRO and a complete office installation.

When do you need to run sysprep when you image a drive?
Can you build a drive / Copy image to new computer / Run sysprep on new
computer after image is copied to it.
This way the "Build" drive can be customized before coping to new computer
