I have set USMT up, so it exactly fits our needs. It works perfectly - or so I thought. I have just released that the restore process takes exactly twice the amount of time as the backup process did.

When trying to install SP2 I get the error 'Update.inf file is corrupt make sure the Cryptographic service inurning on this machine,' The service is running fine I restarted it to be sure. What else can I check?

Following a format and re-installation of our secretaries computer, at the log-in screen, the login name default is always Owner. Using REGEDIT, I verified that the Owner name should be "Terri", any ideas on how to fix the problem?
