I have a few mobile users that are on laptops and run 2000 and xp.  The
problem I have their documents never stores on the server.  Is there a way to
have their data sync to the server when they come into the office or via vpn?

I've just set up a new XP MCE machine.  I've partitioned a small C: drive
for software and a large D: for data.  I was able to move My Documents to
