I have a few mobile users that are on laptops and run 2000 and xp. The problem I have their documents never stores on the server. Is there a way to have their data sync to the server when they come into the office or via vpn?

I try to install XP Home and it seems to work until I reboot the computer. Then I have to install all over again and it continues to ask BOOT FROM CD. I have tried using the 6 XP Home floppy with no further luck. Do I need to install something else? This is a problem with 2 PC's ...
