After I install Windows XP SP2 my computer goes down. I got a collored screen
sometime blue sometime green and sometime yellow.
The only thing I can do is to restart. The color comes 2 to 5 minutes after
I start the computer. Everything worked fine with SP1 and all other updates.

What is the sysprep 3 time limit? Does it apply to Volume Licencing
installs?

I'm trying to figure out what's the best way for my company to automate OS
and Apps deployment. My main problem is that I'm dealing with a very
heterogeneous environment. We have around 30-35 different types of machines
for a total of 800 laptops and workstations.

I just built a WinXPSP2 Professional image for the IBM ThinkPad T-43, ran
Sysprep.exe then used Symantec Ghost 8.2 to create the image.  Now, the

I am having huge BIOS problems and at the moment, am not able to boot
from my CD-ROM. I want to re-install Windows on its current partition.
I hope to re-format and reinstall. But can I run the installer on the
CD from within Windows without having the ability to boot from the CD?

I just happened to look in my System>Advanced>Environment Variables the

I'm trying to install XP home on my computer and when I boot off the xp disk,
I receive a stop 0x0000006f error. And when I try and boot normally, it
simply does not work at all, as it says it has an invalid system disk. Anyone
know how I can fix this?
