I have a customer with a number of Dells with XP professional. All of these machines have their product key stickers on them. The customer no longer has any of his original media. Most of these machines are in need of a clean install due to spyware, virus, and general usage.

I've been exploring the use of sysprep to help me in deploying cloned images of an instance of Windows 2003 Server, Standard Edition. I am deploying this image onto different private LANs on very similar hardware. I want the IP addresses to be fixed in the cloned images.

I accidently created a dual boot situation on my pc by installing W2K Server from a bootable CD over top of XP. I didn't reformat the HD during installation because the setup program wasn't recognizing all of my 250 GB HD, and I didn't want to reformat it that way.
