Accessories are not on Program list. Dell Inspiron 8100. After reinstall of XP pro on new hard drive, Accessories are not on the Programs list. I tried article "The Accessories program group is not displayed on the All Programs menu in Windows XP" Arrticle ID 891893.

I have Win XP Home edition and am trying to upgrade to Win XP Pro. When I do the upgrade, I keep getting files not found, such as IEDW.EX_. I have checked the disk and all of the files that are missing are in d:\I386. What is the problem and how do I fix it.
