I am installing WinXP Pro on a desktop with a new hard drive. This is the only hard drive on this machine (i.e. it is the master). So, I do not have ANY system software other than the one I am trying install (so far to no avail). The message is this:

For the life of me I can't get this ram back into the slot. One side goes in but the other won't . I'm pressing really hard too. I shouldn't have to do that. If there is a trick to installing ram please tell me. Thanks Daniel
