I want to use my xp home ed oem (that's already installed on one pc) on a  HP
computer that has ME on it to see if it will workand the system and if so can
i then buy a new oem xp and and activate the installation using the new
product key. I don't want to buy the software first ...

I am trying to install Visual Studio Enterprise Edition on Windows XP Home on
my laptop. Each time the setup starts, it prompts for reboot, but does not
