We're creating an XP image for RIS installation.
I'm looking for files, folders that are unnecessary in a corporate
environment that can be deleted from the image so I can slim down the
size of the RIS image.

One anoying problem. When we deploy the Oracle client 9.2 the installation
needs the user temp variable to be set to C:\Temp. Is there any way to set

Just recently I switched to WinPe over RIS instead of using cd's. It works
great, but I'm not able to add driver support in the RIS stage for every nic
we use in our
company. The ones that don't work are the nVidia (nForce4) onboard nics.

I have completed imaging 79 or 80 WinXP machines using RIS with little
problems.  However, I'm now on my last one and I'm receiving the following

I use my HP desktop (MS-XP) as the server left on and hard wired to HP pSC
950 Printer.  My HP laptop works with the Linksys router for internet, but
now doesn't work to print from the laptop.  It did previously with some help
