I have a computer which has USB 1 ports on the motherboard. I have purchased

I have a machine that I replaced the motherboard on. The hard drive had

Im having some major problems with my drives....Firstly my CD/DVD Drive has
disappeared from Windows - and in the device manager i get the following

A Dell Laptop was given to me and it has an admin and hard drive password set

I have been using RIS for about 3 years now and have never had this problem:
I install my base image with all the applications that are needed.
I log in as a generic user (with admin rights) and configure my settings and
environment the way I want them to be presented.
