When running through an installation of XP Home, it comes up on the partition screen with 4 entries all the same, unknown disk (there is no disk in this drive.)

Good evening! In a single computer, workgroup set up ( such as my computer at home! ) is it really necessary for 'c:\' to be shared as 'C$' and for 'c:\windows' to be shared as 'ADMIN$'? There will be no remote access to this machine.

I have all my programs on a 16 Gig Hard drive, which is full. I also have an additional 60 gig back up drive which is empty. How do I change the order or transfer the operating system from the 16 gig drive to the 60 gig drive and still retain functional programs.
