I have been using a 200MD sata drive for my primary C: and D:  drives as my
ata drive is too small. I set my bios to see the sata drive as the primary

Is there a way to remove the "Activate Windows" shortcut that is
created in the Start Menu when new users login, aside from creating a
custom default user profile?  Something like the command for removing
the OE shortcut, shmgrate.exe OCInstallHIdeOE?

I am trying to reformat my pc with the XP Home-edition disk that came with
the PC.  I have reformated a few times b4, however this time its telling me
that my updated XP wont let me run the older disk.  How can I over-ride or
delete the updates of XP, so that my disk will work?

Hello, Yesterday I had the opportunity to perform a repair install on a
customers computer to replace a pirated version of Xp Pro.
I know have the courage to perform the same task on my own computer ;)
Here is my problem...

When I logon to my computer, the windows system32 folder automatically opens
- any ideas why and how I can stop that from happening?  Also, there appear
to be tons of uninstall files in it - can those be safely deleted?

I don't really expect a reply to this, I am just posting a little
tutorial. I spent hours trying to work out how to do this, and everyone
seems to think its impossible, but my persistance paid off.
