Is there a way to change the name and company to whom Windows is registered to and the computer name, other than reformatting the Hard Drive and reinstalling Windows?

When you first turn on PC, all the users names are shown, and some show that there are (eg 6) email messages waiting. How is this set up, and can I turn it off?

Is there a way to slipstream ALL of the current WindowsXP updates into an installation disk? Also, is there a way to add additional (updated or new) device drivers to a WinXP installation disk that windows will automatically install on a fresh install?
