Am I allowed to redistribute XP service packs with my application?

We're about to do a rollout of new computer systems and I'm running into
problems trying to sysprep the machines. I've configured each system with XP
PRO SP2 and configured a customized profile. I than copy the Customized

I can install Window Me on my computer but  i can not upgrade to window xp
professional service pack 2. The message is: "Stop: 0x0000007A
(....................)". I am also unable to install new window xp
professional service pack 2 on already formated partition.

I would like for my XP Pro to automatically put the My Documents folder in a
different drive to the windows install(C:\) when I create a new user and am
wondering how to do this.

I'm installing a new SATA drive on my machine. I reinstall my windows XP
upgrade (enter the old win ME, load the raid files) but when the system
finishes the first part of theinstallation and reboots, it start the
installation again (system ahrdware etc)

Just installed XP pro with SP2 on computer that originally had 98. Freezes on
startup when the blue bar is going across under the logo. All variaties of
safe mode work, however. I checked the device mangager but nothing seems to
be having a problem.

Help?  Windows Help and Support service doesn't work.  In the Start Menu, it
doesn't start at all.  Task Manager shows the service running, but not as an
application, then it just disappears.

My PC was configure to boot from Win98 or XP. I did this by installing WinXP

I am going about doing a complete reformat and reinstall of Windows Xp Home  
on my computer.
I have read that i will need to contact Microsoft and get them to revalidate
if I reinstall Windows.

I am trying to repair an installation of Windows XP Home on a PC which
formerly had a dual boot configuration with Linux.
Rebooting the system during the repair failed and I figured that this was
