I've been trying to load Windows XP Home Edition upgrade to my computer
(currently running Windows 98 SE).  Each time, the computer freezes at "14
minutes left....registering components".  Anyone have this experience? or

We just replaced all of our Windows 2000 machines with Windows XP machines.

A Dell tech once claimed that "Microsoft would not let them ship a PC without

When launched, Win Explorer by default expands the My Documents folder.
I do not keep any docs in that folder and find myself having to collapse it
in every new Win Explorer window.
Can the default expansion be cancelled?
