After I do the initial setup of windows XP and it says it will restart it turns of and comes back on but never leaves the black screen that says something about detecting DMI pool data..... can anyone help me, this is very frustrating.

I have removed Harddisk from my system and connected Flash drive using IDE adapter. Then i installed XP home using cd. After installation is over it says to "remove if any floppy is in floppy drive and press ENTER to start".

I have a new system that I bought as a barebones kit from TigerDirect. Whenever I go to install Windows XP home editions SP 2 it gets past all the driver install then when it goes to Starting Windows the computer just shuts off. Any ideas? I have tried reseating the memory. No luck
