Moving from NT 4.0 domain to AD (2k3). Doing direct upgrade from BDC so all
accounts will automaticaly be updated.
Question:
What needs to happen on the client side? Just a reboot? change the domain

I am so confused about activation...
We receive machines from HP. I have manipulated the software to conform to
our Comapny standard desktop policy. This includes Office fonts e.t.c.
I have used Sysprep  and resealed the machine. Rebooted and Taken a Ghost

I can't get helpcenter (helpctr) (help and support) to open--even after I
used to ms sp2 disk to re-install (or repair?) xp.  any idea how to get the

We are an OEM that builds custom computers.  We install images with all
updates applied prior to the image date.  We want to apply all new updates to
our systems before we deliver them.  We run the Sysprep tool prior to
delivery so we do not Activate the systems.

I am struggling to remotely reboot my customers computers when they have
locked the desktop.
The account I am using has full admin rights on the domain and PCs.

When I was re-installing WinXP Pro, I had a power outage. So I started again.
Now when I boot the first screen asks me if I want WinXP Pro or WinXp Pro
(both options are the same) as my OS. Its a small thing but very irritating.
How do I get out of this?
