I cannot find anywhere that describes how to alter the way Paint works. Specifically, I always want Paint to open with the center horizontally and vertically un checked, as well as scaling, to fit 1 page of 1 page instead of 100 percent of normal size.

After running sysprep (with switches -reseal -quiet -mini -pnp) on a Dell gx520, I ghosted the PC. Then I turned on the PC from which I just created the image, it brought up the sysprep mini-wizard and both the keyboard and mouse are frozen.
