I'm having a really weird issue - bought a bunch of HP DX2000MT
business desktops (preloaded with XP Pro SP2 with licenses stickered on
em).

I have a notebook, which is running just fine, with all the apps i need/ e
mail configured etc etc, but i need to join it to a domain.
How can i preserve my existing profile, with a domain user account?

    I had to reformat my hard drive after i installed windows XP my main drive is
F:\
instead of C:\ , and C:\ is now a Removable Disk witch i dont have
i need to change the F: back to c: because i am having issues with things

Can I upgrade from booting with the Pro cd or do I have to do it within
Windows?

I have my original WinXP CD and SP2 burned on a 2nd CD.
I installed NLite with the intention of merging SP2 and the OS
to then create a fully working CD. All data was then placed on
a directory of my choice and then using Nero I created a new CD.

I have an ATI RADEON 9700 PRO that drives my monitor and outputs to a TV via
S-Video/Audio cables.  Windows Media Player will not display a .wmv file on
my TV but does display on my monitor.  I get the 'Now Playing' black screen,
the audio and the small black square in the center ...

sysprep create a image using Ghost, everything works good until the mini

My HP mce PC came with a hidden recovery partition (D:).  I have made
recovery DVDs and verified they can restore the system and now want to
remove the partition.  Any ideas?

I have just prepared a PC with Windows XP with SP2 and latest updates. I
then installed MS Office, all the packages etc.
I downloaded the latest sysprep (2.0) , prepared the sysprep.inf and left
the sysprep folder in the root of C drive.
