Situation : My network gathers approx. 200 PCs. We use Norton Ghost Version 7 to deploy customized packages on Windows XP clients. Although very useful, this software isnt supported anymore by Norton.

Is there a way to completely clear ALL USB information, an restart it as it was in a clean install? my webcam for instance is recognised fine, but other devices like Storage (external HD's and memory sticks) and hubs ar not found in the right way.

Can anyone tell me where I went wrong: I changed the location of the My Documents folder to put it in the root of D: rather than in some obscure subdirectory of Docs & Setts. (Actually what I really wanted to change was the whole identity as well as the My Documents
