ACCIDENTLY DELTED THE MY PICTURES FOLDER PERMANTLY CAN IT BE BROUGHT BACK
WITHOUT RENISTALLING WINDOWS

I've got a customer's PC which needed a repair install after changing the
motherboard.  Setup is asking for an upgrade key, but the PC is an E-Machine
with a valid OEM COA.

I have a biostar mother board with intergrated items  model M7VKQ Pro during
loading I get blue sreen of death was running XP on system but kept shuting

will run win 98 with no problem but will not load ...

Tried to do XP repair installation since I was getting a "stop: c000021a
{fatal system error}" when booting up my laptop.  Used the repair
