In my environment the My Documents folder is sychronized to a network share.
This is fine on the users PC's, but on Servers (2000 & 2003) and certain
application PC (XP SP2), I want to stop this from happening.

I've created a "master" station under XP SP2, defined some parameters such
as boot time sequence, system varables etc..
My problem is that Sysprep reset all values to default value just after
windows finish installation.

Problem:
I was given a used portable computer with a tricky problem: It runs Win 2000

I have a dell notebook inspiron b130.  It has the 17" wide screen panel.  I
have had an issue where the screen cuts off approximatly 1.5" on each side fo

to the D: directory.  I want those files in F:, my FAT32 5GB directory, not

My friend recently had a catastrophic system failure which resulted in
a fried hard drive, motherboard and RAM.  He cannot access any info on
his old hard drive.  He has an OEM system disk, but the product key on
the system case has been damaged and only the last 5 characters are

After the security suite automatically downloaded, installed and restarted, I
get a disk read error message, press ctrl alt delete to restart message.  
Every thing was working fine just moments before.
I seem to be stuck here.
