I have searched all over the web for an answer to my question, with no

I recently purchased a SeaGate 320gb hard drive and did a fresh install of XP
Home edition, downloaded all updates (including SP2). Unfortunately, Windows

Hi  Mt dell has been working well untill the last lot of updates were
downloaded.  I clicked on the Install Upgrades icon in my system tray, and I
got an error message that memory could not reference a location - file
