I am trying to install Windows XP 64 bit on a Dell xps 710 desctop. The cd is read and starts loading the drivers, and then it BSOD's. It gets an error message "Stop 0x0000007B" Can somebody help me out?

I need to have 3 specific icons show up on each desktop after deployment for any user that logs into the machine. What's the best way to accomplish this? It doesn't keep the icons I put in before I capture the image.

After I created the WINPE 2.0 by using WAIK at my Tech PC, using it to upload image from the source GX620. The image uploaded to the network without a problem. But after the WINPE 2.0 CD bring down the image from the network, the computer could not boot up.
