We need to create a brand new corporate image of Windows XP, but when we download it from the Microsoft VLS site, it is not a ISO image, but an .EXE which extract all the setup files to a folder!!! Now, how we could create a boot CD from that?

When listening to music or viewing pictures, there is automatically created folders like MyMusic or MyPictures in in Windows Explorer. How can I prevent these folders from being automatically generated.
