How can I identify computers which have the same components?
I want to create ghost to deploy Windows XP Pro SP3 on several computers.
For example, I've many Dell Precision 360, but they come from different
orders and manufacturing dates, thus they have not exactly the same

I have a dell laptop that was purchased from my friend's workplace

The computer did not come with any reinstall discs, but a friend
suggested that I use his copy of XP Home SP2 (OEM, BTW) to do a fresh

I have reinstalled Windows but let the US keyboard be installed by default
during the installation process.  This is annoying because
(i) we use a Belgian keyboard (and the position of several keys are
different from the US keyboard);

I have a customer that bought a PC from me that had XP Home pre-installed.  
Their OS needs to be re-installed, but they lost their OEM CD.  Is there a
Microsoft number I can call to get replacement CDs?

now have no sound.  I did have Intel Audio Studio but now it says I need the
