I am trying to deploy an XP image (SP3) to a Dell Latitude D630 (BIOS A15)
via WDS.  Once the laptop goes thru the sysrep process and reboots, I would
recieve an "Unmountable Boot Volume STOP 0x000000ED (0x89924590, 0c000014f,
0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I want to completely reformat my hard drive, or otherwise remove everything
on it, and reinstall XP Home, as I'm having major, major problems with it
(explorer.exe crashes and doesn't come back at startup... no Start Menu, run
box or command prompt!)

I would like to change the of the pictures I have associated with the users
on our welcome screen.  Can this be done, and if so how?

I’m running Windows XP Pro on a laptop with Service Pack 3 and all
updates current.  (the laptop is a Dell Inspiron, the XP Pro plus
various diagnostic tests on CD came from Dell with the original
purchase).
