Every time I start up I get a warning that my computer is not protected.
Windows turns off my Norton Antivirus in the Security Center. How can I fix
this?

Every time I switch PC on I get the message "Can't read from ini file:
ShowSysTrayIcon", once I click OK then another message appears DSL Status
Executable has encountered a problem and needs to close"  Options given at
the bottom are Debug, Send Error Report or Don't Send.  

On start up I get a message from Help & Support telling me that I have a
driver that is blocked because it may harm my system.   I would like to
remove this driver, or just get rid of this message.  Any suggestions.
