I enabled verbose logging for windows update  by creating two registry keys.
I fixed the problem and want to disable verbose logging but I lost the
Microsoft webpage that had the information and I can't find it again. I
don't remember for sure where I made the new keys...

the laptop was slow to bootup when it got to the dhcp (mac address) part of

I have a inspiron 1000 that had AO6 set up on it and someone downloaded A08

 I have just installed a new hard drive and installed WinXP Pro Sp2 into a
customers computer. AMD 2500 CPU, NVIDIA TNT2 graphics card, 256MB DDR Ram,

My IBM ThinkPad's DVD-ROM is not detected by the laptop. When I checked
Device Manager, it said that the driver was missing or corrupted. I then
checked my Event Viewer and found out that redbook.sys and cdrom.sys weren't
