I enabled verbose logging for windows update by creating two registry keys. I fixed the problem and want to disable verbose logging but I lost the Microsoft webpage that had the information and I can't find it again. I don't remember for sure where I made the new keys...

My IBM ThinkPad's DVD-ROM is not detected by the laptop. When I checked Device Manager, it said that the driver was missing or corrupted. I then checked my Event Viewer and found out that redbook.sys and cdrom.sys weren't initiated during startup. How do I fix this?
