When I open the control panel, it open minimized. If I maximize, expand the columns and then close with file, close, it will stay maximized for several more times, then go back to minimized with the columns closed. What do I need to do to fix this forever. Thanks for helping ...

I have a system running XP Pro SP2 that is acting strangely in that, if I right click the desktop ( or Explorer, etc ) it takes almost 30 seconds before the context menu will show. I've checked for virus, spyware, adware, etc - all is clean.
