When I open the control panel, it open minimized. If I maximize, expand the
columns and then close with file, close, it will stay maximized for several

My first hard drive is partitioned into logical drives C, D, E, F, and G.  
The C: drive was 8 GB, and it was getting full.  I decided to defrag C:, then
