I've encountered an annoying problem for about a week now.  I've searched the
net and can't seem to find a solution.
When I open a NEW Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer window, it takes

Hello, when I go to my control panel and click on the add/remove programs
icon it will not let me load it or access it in any way. It does nothing, no

Downloaded a CDIso for my work, did this twice, I can SEE it is 606mb.
None of my usual ISO programs,etc. can open it, all say invalid format image!
