I have win xp home edition. Now I'm getting blue screen of deat at every startup. It seems I have to reinstall windows. The question is though, will I loose data if I reinstall win xp? Will I loose my emails in outlook express? My favourites? Drivers? Programs? Anything else?

Downloaded a CDIso for my work, did this twice, I can SEE it is 606mb. None of my usual ISO programs,etc. can open it, all say invalid format image! Don't know how to "unlock " or repair it???? Have ripped my hair out over this one!
