While online gaming last night, I had a couple of complete re-boots and I
noticed this Save Dump error message.
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2
(0x00000007, 0x00000cd4, 0x0000003e, 0x82976008). A dump was saved in:

Just a curiousity:  XP sp2 all updates.  Within Windows Explorer/Folder
Options/Hide extentions of known file types: Recently, I noticed this was
unchecked.  So, I checked it, rebooted, and the option was again unchecked.
Is this a function of Windows Update to prevent trojans, ...

My computer is infected, the question is what? Ive used mcafee and updated it
several times and scanned. At first possible unwanted files showed up and i
deleted them, but the problem was not solved and the scanner was not picking

I used to be able to go back months at a time in system restore but now I can
only go back 5 days. I desperately need to go back to fix my computer.  Does

Hi - I've got a strange problem which I think I caused when using AntiSpyware
Beta 1.
I inadvertently accepted a yes/no prompt on a popup message and since then I
occasionally can't load my personal settnigs. I get the following message:
