For the last 4 months, my Windows Update "finds" new updates, automatically
downloads them but always FAILS to install them.  If I re-try this manually,
I see that after it downloads them and the box appears to install them, it

As you know when you goto download anytype of file from the net you get a
download prompt asking you wether to open save, well i have ticked the box
which says for this message not to show again. But the problem is I need it
to prompt me but am unsure how to reset that setting.
