I use IE7, XP - 2G Ram, Intel Core 2  Comparatively new system
I get an error message on start-up that a certain program (stamps.com)
cannot find mfc80.dll, msvcp80.dll, and msvcr80.dll .  Is this meaningful?

I have a problem with one of our PC's that is not on our domain.
When they turn the PC on they see the welcome message "to begin click your
username", but there are no icons to click!
The only icon that is available is Shut Down.

This question is a little complicated...
I have a emachine T3522.  I use to own an hp media center computer till it
got destroyed.  I salvaged the hard drive from the hp.  I want to use the
