encrypted one of my files with another user i want to decrypt it and im
looking for any software or any other way.PPPPPLLLLLZZ help me

Very recently my monitor started displaying the text slightly blurred/smeared
BUT only in a specific area of the monitor; a vertical line dead centre of
the screen, and about 5cm's wide. All other text  outside of this area
appears perfectly normal.

My computer had to be taken in for an overhaul and the teenager made himself
the administrator. He has blocked access to his files etc.
How do I get access to his account and put myself back as the administrator
so he can't access my stuff. I know he's been up to no good.

This morning my quick launch toolbar moved from the bottom of the
screen to the side.  In the lengthy, difficult process of trying to
get it back down where it belongs, the half dozen icons that were on
it disappeared.  Right now I have checked "lock toolbar" for fear it

All of a sudden, when I right click on a folder or photo and go to 'send to'
the cd drive no longer shows up. This just began one day, I don't believe I
did anything different or made any changes. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure whether this is a Windows', graphics card or monitor problem,
but hopefully someone can help.
I have a 19 inch Acer Flat screen monitor which blacks out. Sometimes it
doesn't happen at all, other times it happens after 5 minutes and others

All of a sudden while i was on the internet, my keyboard began to began to
work oddly.  Functions have been remapped, like the A has now the window logo
function, Z mutes my computer, Q has the right click function, etc. etc.
Please help im desperate!!!!

I have an internal HD, two internal DVD drives, a 4-slot card reader, and an
external USB HD.
XP arranges the drive letters thus:
C: Internal HD

I think this is an easy one but not for me!!!  All of a sudden in Microsoft
Word 2003 when you go to page set up it is showing in points not cm.  Why has
it done this and how can I change it back to cm

My machine crashed last night but I have it up and running fine at the
moment.  However, after my crash, every time I boot up my machine WinXP
insists on running scandisk on my hard drives even though I had a good
(normal) shutdown.  

Im over my head perhaps. I get DEP message indicating it is closing Windows
Explorer when I try to open one of my folders containing family pictures and
video for a new camera. (this is the only folder of pictures for this new
camera)  I can open any other folder of pictures fine ...

I only use 3 or 4 64 bit progs, and so having so many driver issues is
simply not worth putting up with 64 bit windows. I would like to
"downgrade" back to a 32 bit OS. Is the registry based in 64 bits on
x64? I would like to just restore a saved registry file once I get my

I am having a problem trying to get into safe mode, my keyboard up and down
arrows work fine when I am signed into windows, but when I try to use them
to boot into safe mode they will not move so I can't get in to any other
than normal start, can someone please tell me why this ...

I had a major crash..reformatted and reinstalled xp today..Windows loads
fine..able to get online..2 problems tho...There is no sound..shows no audio
devise when ran the sound troubleshooter...In device manager there are
several things listed under sounds...all say device is ...

My class uses an old version of miracle C compiler. It loads well but when
executing a program, the cmd pane never appears. When the attempt is made to
run the built program from command line, windows tells you the program is not
built for this machine.
