ctrl - alt - Del key gives me an error msg. "Task mgr has been turned off by
administrator" right clicking on task bar shows the menu item for task
manager disabled. trying to run Task manager.exe produces the error msg. How
can I enable the task manager.

Any advice would be appreciated. Not sure if this is the correct group
though ?

Hello, I was running Windows XP Professional with SP2 when a problem
came up with my computer where it wouldn't shutdown, it would just
stay on the blue screen that says "Windows is shutting down". Anyway
so I did a windows repair from my windows disk, the only problem is

my hard disk got quite full to about 95% and started slowing down. i deleted a
bunch of stuff and am now back to 80% (cap is 37.27Gb free is 7.79Gb).
