Hi, All,
Here's a real stumper! I need some advice from someone who really
understands the "guts" of Win XP!
I am using Win XP SP2, and I have recently lost the "New Bitmap Image"

When I boot XP ,after a minute I get a "rundll" error loading with a target of
"documentsandsettings/owner/systems.dll".

Using the CD that came w/ my Dell, I attempted to do a Repair.
I booted from the CD and chose the Recovery Console option.  This
dropped me into a command console environment, and asked me to select

For some reason I have lost all my toolbars when I get an internet screen
from Explorer 7. That is, I cannot even click on the "close" cross at the top
right-hand corner of the screen because it doesn't exist. How do I get the

When I do a search either with MSN or Google it pulls up a list of links
based on the info I searched for. When I click on a link it takes me to a
totally different web site, quite often eBay or something else. I have run 3

We locked ourselves out of the administrator account on our desktop and had
to do a clean reinstall of XP Pro.  Since the reinstall there is no sound.  
Under the hardware icon in Control Panel  the device is listed as "multimedia
audio controller" with a yellow question mark as ...

I have tried to access www.vystarcu.org, but i cant.  I can access every site
on the web except this one.  When I try to access the page I get an error
message stating "internet explorer can not be displayed".  I have flushed the
cache, cleared temp. internet files, cookies, ...
